I find the bip_utils library for python and try to follow your article by calling functions in this library: https://gist.github.com/ckhung/dadda37930068227e4b11825869c30d6 The first example can be correctly verified with exodus wallet. But the second part does not match your article starting from seed=>master key. I would guess that Gregory Gualtieri is correct?
